CHAP. 1949.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Zerelda N. McCoy. April 26, 1906.[[S. 2745](/us/bill/34/s/2745).][[Private, No. 1819](/us/pvt/34/1819).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theZerelda N. McCoy.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Zerelda N.
McCoy, widow of James A. C. McCoy, late assistant surgeon Forty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 26, 1906.
