CHAP. 1913.— An Act Granting a pension to John McCaughen. April 26, 1906.[[S. 1407](/us/bill/59/s/1407).][[Private, No. 1783](/us/pvt/59/1783).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John McCaughen. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John McCaughen, late unassigned, Third Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 26, 1906.
