CHAP. 1909.— An Act Granting a pension to Adam Werner. April 26, 1906.[[S. 1376](/us/bill/59/s/1376).][[Private, No. 1779](/us/pvt/59/1779).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Adam Werner. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1825pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Adam Werner, late first lieutenant Captain Knapp’s company (A), Seventh Regiment Indiana Legion, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 26, 1906.
