CHAP. 1898.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Shaffer. April 26, 1906.[[S. 975](/us/bill/59/s/975).][[Private, No. 1768](/us/pvt/59/1768).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James Shaffer. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Shatter, late of Company E, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry;
Company H, One hundred and fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company A, Thirty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 26, 1906.
