CHAP. 1885.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Flynn. April 26, 1906.[[S. 450](/us/bill/59/s/450).][[Private, No. 1755](/us/pvt/59/1755).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James Flynn.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the [tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Flynn, late of Company D, Seventeenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 26, 1906.
