CHAP. 1882.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred F. Sears. April 26, 1906.[[S. 249](/us/bill/59/s/249).][[Private, No. 1752](/us/pvt/59/1752).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Alfred F. Sears. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred F. Sears, late major First Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 26, 1906.
