CHAP. 1879.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Catharine McNamee. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 16608](/us/bill/59/hr/16608).] [[Private, No. 1747](/us/pvtl/59/1747).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Catharine McNamee. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine McNamee, widow of Miles McNamee, late of Company C, Fourth Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
