CHAP. 1878.— An Act Granting relief to John W. Donovan. April 26, 1906.[[H. R. 1748](/us/bill/59/hr/1748).][[Private, No. 1748](/us/pvt/59/1748).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John W. Donovan. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay John W. Donovan, of Livingston County, Missouri, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty-two dollars and twenty-three cents, for services performed as enumerator in the Eleventh Census of the United States.
