CHAP. 1871.— An Act For the relief of the Compañía de los Ferrocarriles de Puerto Rico. April 24, 1906.[[H. R. 1197](/us/bill/59/hr/1197).][[Private, No. 1745](/us/pvt/59/1745).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Compañía de los Ferrocarriles de Puerto Rico. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Compañía de los Ferrocarriles de Puerto Rico, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand one hundred and eighty-four dollars and ninety-one cents, being for compensation for mail service performed in Porto Rico during the period of military occupation in the years eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, nineteen hundred, nineteen hundred and one, and nineteen hundred and two, and prior to the regular authorization of railroad mail service upon its lines.
