CHAP. 1871.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Esther C. Kelly. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 15688](/us/bill/59/hr/15688).] [[Private, No. 1789](/us/pvtl/59/1789).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Esther C. Kelly. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the2613 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Esther C.
Kelly, widow of Matthew Kelly, late second and first lieutenant Company F, Twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1907.
