CHAP. 1828.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Carrie Diefenbach. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 8775](/us/bill/59/hr/8775).] [[Private, No. 1696](/us/pvtl/59/1696).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Carrie Diefenbaeh. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name Carrie Diefenbach, widow of Henry Diefenbach, late first lieutenant Company 1, One hundred and eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
