CHAP. 1803.— An Act Granting a pension to Levi N. Lunsford. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 13526](/us/bill/59/hr/13526).][[Private, No. 1682](/us/pvt/59/1682).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Levi N. Lunsford. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi N. Lunsford, late of Company II, Second Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1906.
