CHAP. 1782.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rolland Havens. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 12049](/us/bill/59/hr/12049).][[Private, No. 1661](/us/pvt/59/1661).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Rolland Havens. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1799laws, the name of Holland Havens, late of Company G, Thirteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
