CHAP. 1775.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lucy A. Pender. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 11702](/us/bill/59/hr/11702).][[Private, No. 1654](/us/pvt/59/1654).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Lucy A. Pender. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy A.
Pender, widow of Charles H. Pender, late of Company F, First Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1906.
