CHAP. 1766.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Delaney. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 24182](/us/bill/59/hr/24182).] [[Private, No. 1634](/us/pvtl/59/1634).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Delaney. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Delaney, late of Company D, Fiftieth Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and Company F, Fifteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
