CHAP. 1755.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah Elizabeth Fuller. February 26, 1907. [[H.R. 23981](/us/bill/59/hr/23981).] [[Private, No. 1623](/us/pvtl/59/1623).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sarah Elizabeth Fuller. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Elizabeth Fuller, widow of John Fuller, late of Company B, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and Company G, Eighteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
