CHAP. 175.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Allen. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 4393](/us/bill/59/hr/4393).][[Private, No. 161](/us/pvt/59/161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Henry Allen.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1465pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension vs, the name of Henry Allen, late of Seventeenth Independent Battery, New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
