CHAP. 1747.— An Act Granting a pension to Abigail Townsend. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 9888](/us/bill/59/hr/9888).][[Private, No. 1626](/us/pvt/59/1626).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Abigail Townsend. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abigail Townsend, widow of James Townsend, late of the U. S. S. Vermont, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1906.
