CHAP. 1739.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Hamilton. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 23805](/us/bill/59/hr/23805).] [[Private, No. 1607](/us/pvtl/59/1607).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Hamilton. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Hamilton, late of Companies C and D, Twenty-fifth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
