CHAP. 1729.— An Act Granting a pension to John Hobart. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 8191](/us/bill/59/hr/8191).][[Private, No. 1608](/us/pvt/59/1608).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John Hobart. Pension.Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Hobart, late of Company H, One hundred and nineteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1906.
