CHAP. 1728.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marion L. Holvenstot. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 8137](/us/bill/59/hr/8137).][[Private, No. 1607](/us/pvt/59/1607).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Marion L. Holvenstot. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marion L.
Holvenstot, widow of William E. Holvenstot, late of Company B, Third Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of a minor child of said soldier until such child 1787shall have arrived at the age of sixteen years: *Provided,* That in the *Provisos.* Pension to cease on death of child.event of the death of Nina Holvenstot, helpless and dependent child of said William E.
Holvenstot, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That Pension to child on death of mother.in the event of the death of Marion L. Holvenstot the name of said Nina Holvenstot shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Marion L.
