CHAP. 1713.— An Act Granting a pension to Martha Stevens. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 20352](/us/bill/59/hr/20352).] [[Private. No. 1581](/us/pvtl/59/1581).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martha Stevens. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Stevens, widow of Andrew Stevens, late of Company A, Twenty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, such pension to cease upon proof that the soldier is living.
