CHAP. 171.— An Act Granting a pension to Susan H. Chadsey. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 4177](/us/bill/59/hr/4177).][[Private, No. 157](/us/pvt/59/157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Susan H. Chadsey. Pension.Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan H.
Chadsey, widow of Ralph Clarendon Chadsey, late of Company M, Ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Ralph Clarendon Chadsey until they reach the age of sixteen years.
