CHAP. 1709.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred Hayward. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 20244](/us/bill/59/hr/20244).] [[Private, No. 1577](/us/pvtl/59/1577).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alfred Hayward. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension2577 laws, the name of Alfred Hayward, late of Company H, Twenty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
