CHAP. 1701.— An Act Granting a pension to Catherine Spier. April 23, 1906.[[H. R. 5840](/us/bill/59/hr/5840).][[Private, No. 1580](/us/pvt/59/1580).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Catherine Spier.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1781laws, the name of Catherine Spier, widow of Frederick Spier, late unassigned, One hundred and seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1906.
