CHAP. 1701.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John H. McCain, alias John Croft. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 20188](/us/bill/59/hr/20188).] [[Private, No. 1569](/us/pvtl/59/1569).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John H. McCain, alias John Croft. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John H.
McCain, alias John Croft, late of Company 1, First Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 26, 1907.
