CHAP. 1699.— An Act Granting a pension to Flora Fenzl. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 20148](/us/bill/59/hr/20148).] [[Private, No. 1567](/us/pvtl/59/1567).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Flora Fenzl. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Flora Fenzl, widow of George Fenzl, late of Company D, Sixty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for each of the minor children of said soldier until they shall attain the age of sixteen years.
