CHAP. 1666.— An Act For the relief of the Snare and Triest Company. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 18020](/us/bill/59/hr/18020).] [[Private No. 1534](/us/pvtl/59/1534).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Snare and Triest Company. Claim of, referred to Court of Claims. That the claim of the Snare and Triest Company for reimbursement for loss and damage to barge, tools, and machinery, resulting from a collision with the United States ship Colorado on the night of February ninth, nineteen hundred and five, at the League Island Navy-Yard, be. and the same is hereby, referred to the Court of Claims, with jurisdiction to hear and determine the same to judgment: *Provided*, That the petition is filed within six*Proviso.*Filing petition. months from the passage of this Act.
