CHAP. 1656.— An Act Granting a pension to Rittie Blackwell. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 13163](/us/bill/59/hr/13163).] [[Private. No. 1524](/us/pvtl/59/1524).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rittie Blackwell. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rittie Blackwell, widow of Isaac Blackwell, late of Company C, One hundred and nineteenth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
