CHAP. 1655.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma L. Beatty. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 10164](/us/bill/59/hr/10164).] [[Private, No. 1523](/us/pvtl/59/1523).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma L. Beatty. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the2565 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma L.
Beatty, widow of Charles W. Beatty, junior, late of Company I, First Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry in the war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of said soldier until he shall attain the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 26, 1907.
