CHAP. 1652.— An Act For the relief of James W. Jones. April 21, 1906.[[H. R. 6982](/us/bill/59/hr/6982).][[Private, No. 1536](/us/pvt/59/1536).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James W. Jones.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James W. Jones, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and thirteen dollars and seventy- one cents.
Said James W. Jones, a clerk of class one in the office of the Auditor for the Post-Office Department, was, on February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, erroneously arrested and summarily dismissed on February twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight. Approved, April 21, 1906.
