CHAP. 1650.— An Act Granting a pension to Cornelia Mitchell. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 5774](/us/bill/59/hr/5774).] [[Private, No. 1518](/us/pvtl/59/1518).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cornelia Mitchell. Pension. That, the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cornelia Mitchell, former widow of Leonard Peaslee. late of Company D, Third Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1907.
