CHAP. 1649.— An Act For the relief of Zenas Parker. April 21, 1906.[[H. R. 3649](/us/bill/59/hr/3649).][[Private, No. 1533](/us/pvt/59/1533).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-General Zenas Parker. Payment to.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to Zenas Parker, late postmaster at Stewart, Houston County, Tennessee, the sum of one hundred and sixty-one dollars and seventy-three cents, being the amount of funds belonging to the Post-Office Department of the United States stolen from the said Zenas Parker by burglars December twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and two.
