CHAP. 1642.— An Act For the relief of F. H. Driscoll. April 20, 1906.[[H. R. 10584](/us/bill/59/hr/10584).][[Private, No. 1530](/us/pvt/59/1530).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the F. H. Driscoll. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay F. H. Driscoll, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighty dollars, in full payment for services rendered the United States of America, not otherwise remunerated, as follows:
As storekeeper-gauger in charge of special bonded warehouse numbered six, first district of California, for a period of twenty days during the month of May, anno Domini, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, at four dollars per diem. Approved, April 20, 1906.
