CHAP. 164.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Dana W. Hartshorn. January 18, 1907.[[S. 1240](/us/bill/34/s/1240).][[Private, No. 145](/us/pvt/34/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theDana W. Hartshorn.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Dana W. Hartshorn, late surgeon, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 18, 1907.
