CHAP. 1626.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Michael Downs. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 23263](/us/bill/59/hr/23263).] [[Private, No. 1500](/us/pvtl/59/1500)]. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Michael Downs. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Downs, late of Company I, Ninetieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lien of that he is now receiving.
