That the Act of Congress approved July first, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled “An Act to vest in the Commissioners of the District of Columbia control 113of street parking in said District,” be, and it is hereby, amended byVerbal correction. striking out of paragraph live of section two of said Act the words “Class B,” and substituting therefor the words “Classes
