CHAP. 1618.— An Act Granting relief to the estate of James Staley, deceased. April 12, 1906.[[H. R. 12286](/us/bill/59/hr/12286).][[Private, No. 1525](/us/pvt/59/1525).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James Staley.Credit in accounts.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to allow Bertha D. Staley, administratrix of the estate of James Staley, deceased, credit in the sum of four hundred and seventy-five dollars and sixty-three cents in the settlement of the accounts of said James Staley, deceased, late superintendent Indian training school, Yankton Agency, South Dakota, and special disbursing agent.
