CHAP. 1614.— An Act Granting a pension to Rhoda Kennedy. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 15449](/us/bill/59/hr/15449).][[Private, No. 1522](/us/pvt/59/1522).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Rhoda Kennedy. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rhoda Kennedy, dependent mother of Charles Kennedy, late of Company M, First Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1906.
