CHAP. 1605.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emily HiberniaTrabue. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 22993](/us/bill/59/hr/22993).] [[Private, No. 1479](/us/pvtl/59/1479).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emily Hibernia Trabue. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Hibernia Trabue, widow of Robert P.
Trabue, late first lieutenant Company B, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1907.
