CHAP. 1598.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lucinda Davidson. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 22941](/us/bill/59/hr/22941).] [[Private, No. 1472](/us/pvtl/59/1472).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lucinda Davidson. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda Davidson, widow of Adley Davidson, late of Company A, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
