CHAP. 1574.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances Coyner. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 14092](/us/bill/59/hr/14092).][[Private, No. 1482](/us/pvt/59/1482).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Frances Coyner. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances Coyner, widow of David H. Coyner, late chaplain Eighty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1906.
