CHAP. 1567.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary McMahon. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 13988](/us/bill/59/hr/13988).][[Private, No. 1475](/us/pvt/59/1475).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Mary McMahon. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary McMahon, widow of Daniel McMahon, late captain Company D, Eightieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
