CHAP. 1562.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alida King. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 13798](/us/bill/59/hr/13798).][[Private, No. 1470](/us/pvt/59/1470).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Alida King. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alida King, widow of Henry King, late of Company D, Fifty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is *Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child.now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Eugene T.
King, helpless and dependent child of said Henry King, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, Pension to child on death of mother.That in the event of the death of Alida King the name of said Eugene T. King shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Alida King.
