CHAP. 1555.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Daniel Fuller. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 22528](/us/bill/59/hr/22528).] [[Private, No. 1429](/us/pvtl/59/1429).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daniel Fuller. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel Fuller, late of Company B, Twenty-third Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
