CHAP. 1551.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha J. Hensley. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 13525](/us/bill/59/hr/13525).][[Private, No. 1459](/us/pvt/59/1459).] *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Martha J. Hensley. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha J.
Hensley, widow of Silas B. Hensley, late of Company K, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional for each of the minor children of said soldier until they *Provisos.* Increase to cease on death of child.shall arrive at the age of sixteen years: *Provided,* That in the event of the death of Wilson Hensley, helpless and dependent child of said Silas B.
Hensley, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and Pension to child on death of mother.determine: *And provided further,* That in the event of the death of Martha J. Hensley the name of said Wilson Hensley shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Martha J.
