CHAP. 1508.— An Act Granting a pension to Joseph B. Fonner, alias John Havens. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 11873](/us/bill/59/hr/11873).][[Private, No. 1416](/us/pvt/59/1416).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Joseph B. Fonner alias John Havens. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph B.
Fonner, alias John Havens, late of Company L, Nineteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1906.
