CHAP. 1492.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alphenis M. Beall. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 10562](/us/bill/59/hr/10562).][[Private, No. 1400](/us/pvt/59/1400).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Alphenis M. Beall. Pension increased.Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1741laws, the name of Alphenis M.
Beall, late of Captain Snell’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers. Florida Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.
