CHAP. 149.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Helen M. Blanchard. February 5, 1906.[[S. 1737](/us/bill/59/s/1737).][[Private, No. 137](/us/pvt/59/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Helen M. Blanchard. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen M.
Blanchard, widow of John A. Blanchard, late surgeon Forty-eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 5, 1906.
