CHAP. 147.— An Act Granting a pension to Dora H. Kuhns. February 5, 1906.[[S. 1444](/us/bill/59/s/1444).][[Private, No. 135](/us/pvt/59/135).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Dora H. Kuhns. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Dora H. Kuhns, widow of Herman L. Kuhns, late captain and quartermaster. Eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 5, 1906.
